What is MilTrack?
MilTrack is an independent personal organization tool that helps service members track career timelines and milestones. It is a career clock you keep on your iPhone, not an official record, not a personnel system, and not a benefits counselor.
The career clock is built for active duty. Reservist support is on the roadmap. If you are not a service member, the app may not make sense for you.
No branch or government association
MilTrack is an independent personal organization tool. It is not a government application. No military branch and no U.S. government agency is associated with MilTrack, or has approved, endorsed, sponsored, or authorized this product or service.
That includes:
- The United States Marine Corps, Army, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, and Coast Guard
- The Department of War (DoW) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS)
- The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)
- Any other U.S. or foreign government agency, exchange, or official mobile application
Service names, rank titles (including those derived from public war.gov resources), and rank insignia appear only to identify the branch or paygrade you selected. They are not MilTrack branding. They do not imply government origin, approval, or association.
Required trademark notices
The appearance of U.S. Department of War visual information does not imply or constitute DOW endorsement.
The Department of War, its Military Services (including the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Space Force), and other DoW Components do not approve, endorse, or authorize this company, its products, or services.
Neither the United States Marine Corps nor any other component of the Department of War has approved, endorsed, or authorized this product or service.
Neither the United States Coast Guard nor any other component of the Department of Homeland Security or the Department of War has approved, endorsed, or authorized this product or service.
What MilTrack Provides
- Tracks service dates you enter
- Shows unofficial countdowns for milestones and windows
- Displays estimated paygrade progression and pay from tables and information you provide
- Optionally lists public document releases when available
- Opens websites run by others when you tap them
What MilTrack DOES NOT Provide
- No official affiliation with any military branch or government agency
- No legal advice
- No financial, tax, medical, or benefits guidance
- No eligibility determinations
- No authoritative records. All career data is entered by you unless labeled as a public listing or an external link
- No replacement for any official system of record
Unofficial estimates. Verify everything.
Countdowns, clocks, pay, and similar figures are unofficial estimates based on publicly available branch and U.S. codes. They can be wrong if a date is mistyped, a table is stale, the information you entered does not match your situation, or policy has changed. Before you act, confirm with official records and the counselors assigned to you.
Document alert rows are titles and links the app reads from public pages. They are not official notification, not complete, and not a substitute for reading the actual message in official channels. Official branch messages will be available for some. Some branches gate their official messages.
Acknowledgment
By using MilTrack, you acknowledge that it is for personal awareness only and that all information must be confirmed through official channels. You are solely responsible for decisions you make about your career, pay, benefits, and transition.
