This Privacy Policy describes how Revenue Stream Holdings, LLC (“we,” “us”), doing business as MilTrack, handles information in the MilTrack iOS app and on miltrack.us. MilTrack is an independent personal organization tool designed to keep your career dates on your device. We do not require an account and we do not operate a MilTrack cloud profile for your service record.
Our Terms of Use govern your use of the app and site. See also our Disclaimer. This page is a summary written for this product, for App Store and user transparency. It is not legal advice. Contact support@miltrack.us with questions.
No sale or sharing of personal information
We do not sell or share personal information, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act / California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar U.S. state privacy laws.
1. No MilTrack account
You do not create a MilTrack login. We do not run a MilTrack backend that stores the service related information you input. What you enter stays on your iPhone unless you choose to email us (for example, support or optional community advice) or Apple processes a purchase through the App Store.
2. Information on your device
The app stores the following locally on your iPhone (SwiftData, under iOS file protection):
- Branch, display name, and optional date of birth
- Career dates you enter (such as AFADBD / TAFMS start, paygrade and promotion dates, commissioning date, ETS/EAS, approved retirement)
- Duty station ZIP and dependents flag (used for estimated BAH and nearby TAP/VSO lookups)
- Milestone preferences, custom milestone titles and dates, and Home screen layout
- Optional worksheet answers (for example VA combine estimates, SkillBridge / TAP/TRS prompts, promotion zone status)
- Document alert branch toggles and locally cached public message titles and links
- App settings, including whether Face ID lock is enabled. Biometric data is processed by iOS and is not sent to us.
- Disclaimer acceptance version and timestamp
Stored data stays on your device unless you move it yourself. Uninstalling the app removes local app data. If you back up this iPhone with iCloud or a computer, that backup may include app data.
3. What we do not collect in the app
Nothing. We value your privacy.
4. Notifications
With your permission, MilTrack can schedule local notifications (for example SkillBridge or VA BDD window reminders). Notification content is built from dates already on your device. We do not send push notifications from a MilTrack server.
5. Public document feeds and official sites
Official branch messages will be available for some. If you enable document alerts, the app reads public listing pages so it can show titles and links. Those requests go from your device to the public sites. We do not receive a copy of that traffic. Some branches gate their official messages. If those sites change or are down, the board can be empty.
When you tap a resource, MilTrack may open that URL in Safari inside the app. Following links on those other sites is governed by those sites’ own policies. We do not operate those sites.
6. Optional email you send us
If you tap Share community advice or otherwise email support@miltrack.us, your Mail app sends the message. That email (and whatever you choose to write, such as branch and advice) is then in our inbox so we can respond or, for community advice, consider it for tips shown in the app. We do not collect your email address inside the app itself.
7. Purchases & subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are sold through Apple’s App Store / StoreKit. Apple processes payment and related purchase account information. We receive subscription status needed to unlock Premium features; we do not receive your full payment card details.
8. Website
The miltrack.us site is a static informational site. It does not require a login. Standard web server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) may be collected by our hosting provider (for example Namecheap) as part of operating the site. We do not intentionally embed advertising trackers from other companies on these pages.
9. Analytics and crash reporting
We do not use analytics or crash reporting SDKs from other companies.
Separately, if Apple App Store Connect analytics are enabled for the app, Apple may provide us with aggregated App Store usage metrics under Apple’s privacy practices. Those reports do not give us access to your career data on the device.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to this product’s design: app data is stored on your device under iOS protections (including complete file protection for the local store), and data related to purchases that passes through Apple (StoreKit) is handled by Apple under Apple’s security and privacy practices. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Age restriction
MilTrack is a career organization tool for service members. If you are not a service member, the app may not make sense for you. You must be at least 18. It is not directed at children.
If we become aware that someone under 18 has used the app, we will direct the device owner to remove the data by uninstalling the app. Because MilTrack stores career data on the user’s device and we do not operate a backend that holds individual user data, Revenue Stream Holdings, LLC has no technical ability to access, delete, or modify that person’s MilTrack data on our systems.
12. Data retention & deletion
You can edit or clear fields in the app (Settings and related screens). Uninstalling the app removes local app data from that device. Because there is no MilTrack cloud account, deleting the app is how you erase stored career data. To stop notifications, revoke notification permission in iOS Settings or adjust settings in the app.
13. Your rights
Depending on where you live, privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA and similar state frameworks (including in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other states with comparable laws) may give you rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, and to make related requests.
MilTrack is built so that career data stays on your device. There is no MilTrack account and no MilTrack backend server that stores your record. That means you are the only party with practical control over that data:
- Access and correction. You can view and edit your profile, dates, milestones, and settings in the app.
- Deletion. Uninstall the app to remove local data from that device, as described in Section 12.
Revenue Stream Holdings, LLC has no technical access to, and cannot itself delete, remove, or modify, any individual user’s career data on the device, because none of that data resides on our systems. We cannot fulfill an access, correction, or deletion request the way a company that stores data on servers would, by wiping records on our infrastructure. There are no such records for us to wipe.
If you still have a question about these rights, email support@miltrack.us. We can explain the controls in the app and the Apple controls available to you; we cannot remotely alter data we do not hold. If you emailed us, we can delete that correspondence from our inbox on request.
14. United States only
MilTrack is available only in the United States. Apple (App Store / StoreKit) and public sites you choose to open may still process information under those parties’ own terms and privacy practices.
15. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product changes. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the app after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
